Sliced Steak with Pirate Sauce

Yields1 Serving


 2 lbs sirloin steak, about 1 1/2 inches thick
 4 tbsp butter
 4 tbsp Pirate Ringo's Original Salsa
 ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Season your steak with salt and pepper OR your favorite steak seasoning. Grill to desired doneness.


While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. When the butter is completely melted, add in the salsa and Worcestershire sauce and stir well until fully combined.


Once the steak is done cooking, allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Then, drizzle your steak generously with your Pirate sauce!
