Pirate Ringo’s Marinated Chicken

 ¼ cup lemon juice
 2 tbsp lime juice
 ½ cup Pirate Ringo's Original salsa
 ½ tsp salt
 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 4 hours.

Drain and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°.

Serve with Nana’s Rice (with a Pirate-y twist) or Oven Roasted Pirate Potatoes (recipes coming soon).

OR - serve rice bowls topped with marinated chicken, chopped tomato, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
