Pirate Burgers

Yields1 Serving

 1 lb ground beef
 1 lb ground Bison or another pound of ground beef
 ½ cup yellow onion, chopped
 ½ cup Pirate Ringo's original salsa
 2 eggs
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients until well combined without over-working the meat--the more you work the meat, the less juicy it is. Make sure the eggs coat everything since the egg is the binder. Make 8-10 patties and cook your favorite way (grill or a pre-heated skillet). Ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
